SimplyPM is committed to protecting the privacy of your Personal Information in our web applications, and developing technology that gives you the most powerful, safe, online experience. In it, we disclose what information we gather and what we do with it.

If at any time you believe that SimplyPM has not adhered to these principles, please contact SimplyPM, and we will promptly review your inquiry. Personal Information
Personal Information is any information that can identify you personally or can be linked to you personally (i.e., name, address, credit card information). SimplyPM will use Personal Information only in the manner described in this Privacy Policy and will not share Personal Information with any third party unless you give us your prior consent for such use.
Collective Information
Collective Information is any information that cannot be linked to you personally (i.e., statistics regarding numbers and types of visitors). SimplyPM does not lay claim to Collective Information in SimplyPM Enterprise. Collective Information will only be gathered and used on an aggregated basis to help improve internal processes, and monitor usage.
Use of Cookies
A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. A cookie is an element of data that SimplyPM can send to your browser and that your browser may then store on your computer system. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. Sessions cookies may be used in SimplyPM for state preservation. Personal Information is not saved in a session cookie.

SimplyPM may change this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting updated policies to this location.
